Chef Lisa

Chef Lisa Reilly inherited her love of food and cooking from her mother. She learned her way around an Italian kitchen at an early age, assisting her mother’s small catering business. After successful careers as both a Registered Nurse in Philadelphia and in Marketing within Boston’s Medical Device and Biotechnology Industry, Chef Lisa decided to pursue her passion for cooking. Chef Lisa’s medical careers and passion for cooking provided her with the perfect ingredients to starting her own personal chef business.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, Villanova University
Graduated Valedictorian,  Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts
Professional Food Manager,  National Environmental Health Association (NEHA)

Does this service suit my lifestyle?

Yes! Her client’s lifestyle’s vary from person to person enjoying many activities and interests; some have busy work/family schedules, some have live-in elderly family members. All of Chef Lisa’s clients have one thing in common, their desire for fresh, healthy and nutritionally balanced meals. There are no packages, no preset menus, and no cookie cutter meals plans. Chef Lisa’s service begins with a one-on-one conversation about what challenges you most.

Do I get to pick my meals?

After your in-person assessment, Chef Lisa will work with you to tailor a menu specifically to your taste, nutritional, and health needs. 

Do you make meal accommodations for specific dietary needs? Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, diabetic, low-sodium, low-calorie?

Yes! During the in-person assessment you and Chef Lisa will talk about your specific dietary and health needs and goals from which she will develop a tailored menu.

Are the meals flavorful?

Absolutely! Chef Lisa’s culinary and nursing education has taught her that nutritious means fresh and flavorful!  Her specialty lies in creating a variety of tasty meals that are based on your palate and dietary needs.

How is this different from “healthy” take-out food?

Grabbing take out or stopping for a “quick bite” can lead to eating foods that are that are not nutritionally balanced and generally unhealthy.  As a Registered Nurse, Chef Lisa’s mission is to provide nutritious home cooked meals without sacrificing flavor and variety.
